HOUSE FLOOR AMENDMENT number ___1__ to HOUSE BILL 96, as amended

Amendment sponsored by Representative Joshua N. Hernandez

    1. On page 2, line 2, strike "and".

    2. On page 2, strike lines 3 through 5 and insert in lieu thereof:

             "(4) one member appointed by the minority floor leader of the house of representatives; and

             (5) one member appointed by the minority floor leader of the senate.".

    3. On page 3, after line 25, insert:

         "I. The space commission working group shall be dissolved effective December 31, 2026.".
